Christi Beca founded Flower Mound Women in Business in 2015. Through FMWIB a variety of local charities, such as the ones below, are supported with different measures each and every year.
Flower Mound Women in Business
FMWIB is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2015 by local Flower Mound realtor, Christi Beca, Top Real Estate Producer, to help empower and inspire women entrepreneurs to connect locally, share globally, and network in a positive environment, while supporting individual success and giving back to the communities in which we live and serve.
We are passionate about partnering with and supporting local charities and non-profits, such as the ones listed below.

Supporting Local Charities & Non-Profits
Refuge for Women North Texas
Refuge for Women is a non-profit, faith based organization providing specialized long-term housing and emergency housing for women who have escaped human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
With multiple locations across the U.S., including North Texas, Refuge for Women offers up to twelve months of safe housing, at no charge to the resident, with around the clock care as clients progress through evidence-based, trauma-informed programming. Refuge for Women strives to help each woman complete the program with a vision for her future, equipped to succeed and sustain a life marked with dignity and hope.
Biz Owners Ed
Biz Owners Ed is a non-profit connecting successful, serial entrepreneurs with business owners who are looking to scale and sell companies.
Their members are successful because Biz Owners Ed provides presentations by world class leaders such as Krish Dhanam, solutions to pressing business challenges and concerns, interactive guidance throughout a 10-week entrepreneur program and the opportunity to discuss business challenges with mentors who have successfully come through similar challenges.
